Here is a plotting program that may be useful to a number of people.
The program first plots the data to the screen, then asks whether to make a printer plot. The program has worked with Epson MX-80, Seikosha SP1000, Star NX-10, and IBM proprinter printers.
There is on-line help when the program is running.
It is written in BASIC. An almost identical version runs on IBM PC clones, and compiles under QUICKBASIC by Microsoft.
There are several data files just waiting to be plotted.
A least squares fit program, modified from one published in BYTE magazine, is also included.
It is interesting to plot the DATA file with overlays of the various FIT files to see a visual check of the curve fitting.
